PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Hard Swiss-type cheese, matured for at least 3 months in the form of a circle with a diameter of 60 to 75 cm, and a height of 10 to 14 cm.

APPLICATION

Convenience food production, processed cheese, retail sector, hotel and catering industry.

CHARACTERISTIC

Colour – light yellow, uniform
Consistency –flexible, compact, numerous round holes the size of cherries
Taste and smell – slightly sweet, nutty.

STORAGE CONDITIONS AND SHELF LIFE

The product should be stored in clean, dry, airy conditions, free from pests and insects. Storage temp should be 0 to 10 °C. Shelf life is : 90 days for block, 71 days for cube, 46 days for slices, 66 days for shavings.

PACKING

Individually coated blocks packed in cardboard boxes of various sizes: sliced, diced, shredded.
