APPLICATION

Convenience food production, processed cheese, retail sector, hotel and catering industry.

CHARACTERISTIC

Colour – light yellow, uniform
Consistency – pulp, flexible, slightly soft, uniform.
Taste and smell – mild, aromatic, slightly acidic, older cheese slightly spicy.

STORAGE CONDITIONS AND SHELF LIFE

The product should be stored in clean, dry, airy conditions, free from pests and insects. Storage temp should be 0 to 10 °C. Shelf life is 3 months.

PACKING

Individually coated blocks packed in cardboard boxes of various sizes: sliced, diced, shredded.
