APPLICATION

Convenience food production, processed cheese, retail sector, hotel and catering industry.

CHARACTERISTIC

Colour – light yellow, uniform
Consistency – granular consistency, follicular structure, absence or few small holes
Taste and smell – spicy flavour and spicy aroma.

STORAGE CONDITIONS AND SHELF LIFE

The product should be stored in clean, dry, airy conditions, free from pests and insects. Storage temp should be 0 to 10 °C. Shelf life is 90 days.

PACKING

Individually coated blocks packed in cardboard boxes of various sizes: sliced, diced, shredded.
